Services

GoLiveQuick provides website development, website maintenance, and on page SEO and analytics setup services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing vary per project and will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Project Communication and Approvals

You agree to provide timely access to required content and approvals. Delays in content, feedback, or access may affect timelines. You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables during the project process.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed per project. Typically, projects may require an upfront deposit before development starts. Any remaining balance is due before final delivery or launch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For maintenance work, payments may be one time or recurring depending on the plan.

Revisions and Scope

Projects include a reasonable number of revisions based on the agreed scope. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and cost. We will confirm any changes before proceeding.

Hosting, Domains, and Third Party Tools

If we assist with domain registration, hosting setup, analytics, or third party tools, the accounts may be owned by you or managed by you. Third party services have their own terms and fees. GoLiveQuick is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, or policy changes from third party providers.

Content and Assets

You confirm that content you provide, including text, images, logos, and media, is owned by you or you have permission to use it. GoLiveQuick is not responsible for copyright claims resulting from client provided content.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, unless otherwise agreed. GoLiveQuick may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.

Warranty and Limitations

We aim to deliver quality work, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, sales, or revenue. For SEO services, results depend on competition, industry, and time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLiveQuick is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project in writing. If work has begun, the client agrees to pay for completed work to date. Deposits may be non refundable depending on the project stage and commitments already made.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access restricted areas, or disrupt the site’s functionality. We may update or remove content at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
