A practical explanation of how project payments, cancellation and refund reviews work. Your signed proposal or service agreement remains the controlling document.
Every engagement begins with a written proposal, scope, price, payment schedule and assumptions. That project agreement takes priority if it differs from this general policy.
A deposit reserves delivery capacity and funds discovery, planning and setup. Deposits are normally non-refundable once work or reserved scheduling has begun, except where the written agreement states otherwise.
If a project is cancelled before meaningful work or committed third-party spending begins, GoLiveQuick will review the unused portion of payments received and explain any retained reservation or administrative cost.
When work has started, completed work, reserved capacity and non-cancellable commitments remain payable. Any refundable balance is calculated against documented work and costs at the cancellation date.
Hosting, domains, premium software, fonts, stock assets and other third-party purchases are governed by their providers. Charges already paid or committed to those providers are generally not refundable by GoLiveQuick.
Care and growth retainers are billed according to their agreed cycle. Cancellation notice, unused allocation and rollover rules are defined in the relevant agreement because capacity is reserved in advance.
If delivered work does not match the agreed acceptance criteria, GoLiveQuick should first receive a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct it. Changes outside scope are handled separately.
Send the project name, invoice number, reason for the request and relevant evidence to hello@golivequick.com. We will acknowledge the request, review the agreement and provide a written outcome.
